Optimum Extraction Process of Chlorogenic Acid From Flos Lonicerae by Uniformity Design

Abstract: Objective: To optimize the extraction of chlorogenic acid from flos lonicerae. Methods: The Uniformity design is adopted to arrange experiment,take ultraviolet absorption as investigated index, all the data were analysised by multinomial regression methods, establish the quantitative evaluation method for chlorogenic acid.The optimization effects of alcohol concentration,alcohol volume and ultrasonic time on the extraction of chlorogenic content were discovered. Conclusion:The optimum extraction of chlorogenic acid from flos lonicerae condition obtained was: Choose alcohol concentration 40%, Ultrasound time 30min, materials and solution ratio of 1/25, Ultrasonic frequencies of 40 Hz and Extraction temperature 45℃ As the best conditions, The number of extraction for 3 times.
