Abstract: 我国的食品安全标准体系在<食品安全法>颁行后有所变化,即食品安全标准皆为强制性标准,包括食品安全国家标准、食品安全地方标准和食品安全企业标准三类.从规范法学角度看,食品安全标准的强制性是指食品安全标准"具有强制效力",而非食品安全标准本身是强制标准.在食品安全标准整合和衔接的过程中,应采取"合理解释和区别实施"的原则,力图实现食品安全法律规制的连续性和统一性.
