Parameters Variation Mechanism of Solid Electrolytic Tantalum Capacitors in Very High Temperatures

Abstract: 选择烧结型固体钽电解电容器为研究对象,利用高于常规高温实验的温度,对固钽电容主要特性参数--容值、损耗因子、漏电流进行测试,获得25℃~205℃宽范围参数化曲线,并研究了甚高温条件下样本的参数变化机理和参数之间的相互关系. 实验结果表明,电介质的化学反应和内部接触电阻变化,是导致损耗因子在甚高温条件下波动的主要原因.
