Abstract: Poloxamer 407 is used widely in the field of medicine as one kind of adjuvants.This article mainly introduced the physico-chemical property of Poloxamer 407 and summarized the application,existing problems and perspective in the delivery systems including ocular,transdermal,rectal,vaginal and injectable delivery system.
