The Analysis of 2445 Cases of Cervical Lesions with Cervical TCT Screening

Abstract: Objective:The method of liquid-based cytology test(TCT) was used to investigate the clinical application value in cervical lesions with gynecologic cytology screening.Method:Select 2445 patients who accept screening for cervical lesions in our hospital from January 2007 to December 2008,collect cervical exfoliated cells,adopt TCT detection and TBS Detection of diagnostic classification criteria.The cytology-positive patients take colposcopy biopsy under the guidance of multi-point,and then doing comparative analysis with cytology results and biopsy results.Results:The positive detection rate was 8.02% in 196 cytology-positivecases of 2445 patients.Percent of ASCUS was 5.8%,and LSIL 1.5%,HSIL 0.6%,SCC 0.1%.The results of cytology was coincide with biopsy.Conclusion:TCT checking can exactly reflect cervical lesions.It can be used to check Cervical cancer with its high clinical application value in screening gynecological cervical lesions.
