Abstract: Objective:To observe the variation of Troponins(GTnT)and Myoglobins(Mb)in the earlier myocardial is- chemia(doubtful)and myocardial infarction.Methods:The expression of CTnT and Mb were observed by H.E and Immunohis- tochemistry staining in six cases of normal cardiac muscles,eleven cases of earlier myocardial ischemia(doubtful)and nine cases of myocardial infarction respectively.Results:There were no abnormal change in the normal group and the earlier myocardial is- chemia(doubtful)group by the H.E.staining,but focus of myocardial infarction could be detected in the myocardial infarction. The expression of GTnT and Mb in the normal cardiac muscle is obviously higher than that in the earlier ischemic cardiomyopathy (doubtful)and myocardial infarction(p＜0.05).Conclusion:The expression of GTnT and Mb detected by immunohistochemistry staining could be applied to the diagnosis of the earlier myocardial ischemia(doubtful)and myocardial infarction.
