Abstract: Objective: To investigate a nursing method of Mifepristone Combined with Misoprostol in the termination of pregnancy within 49 days. Methods: 356 pregnant women were given Mifepristone Combined with Misoprostol in the termination of pregnancy within 49 days. Results: Among the 356 pregnant women, 310 successfully ejected placentae. Conclusion: Nurses can observe and know the therapeutic effects and sideeffects during medication.So it is a key link of successful medicamentous abortion(MA) to strengthen administration instructing and psychological nursing during MA and after MA.
