Abstract: A new interfacial reinforcing agent is introduced in the composite material of calcium carbonate/polyethylene,and it compounds with coupling agent to form a composite coupling agent,which can greatly reinforce the interfacial combination strength between calcium carbonate and polyethylene,and then greatly improve the impact strength of casting plastic products.The effects of the formulation ratio and the dose of the composite coupling agent and the content of calcium carbonate on the properties of the composite material of calcium carbonate/polyethylene are experimentally studied.It is shown that,the composite material has the most impact strength when the mass ratio of the interfacial reinforcing agent to the coupling agent in the composite coupling agent is 1∶1,the mass of the composite coupling agent is 1.8% of the mass of calcium carbonate,and the mass of calcium carbonate is 35% of the mass of the composite material.
