Abstract: 目的:研究坦度螺酮用于抑郁症患者的疗效.方法:对28例患者初始剂量每日45～60mg,第三周后逐步调整10mg/tid维持治疗,治疗其他生理症状的药片照常使用,维持治疗8周.用HAMD评定分值.结果:通过HAMD评分,32例患者治疗4周、8周后与治疗前都有显著性差异.结论:可推荐使用坦度螺酮治疗患者的抑郁状态.
