Abstract: 超声引导下羊水穿刺术是产科常用的操作.随着胎儿心室强回声灶的检出率的增加,为排除其与胎儿染色体异常的关系,对中孕期心室强回声灶胎儿行羊水穿刺染色体检查也日见频繁,但其毕竟是一种侵入性操作,存在一定的风险.
