Abstract: 采用组织分析和性能检测的方法.研究了外加纵向交流磁场对镁合金TIG焊电弧形态及焊缝质量的影响.结果表明:交流纵向磁场可促使焊接电弧周期性旋转,有利于焊缝成形.磁场的电磁搅拌作用使得焊缝晶粒细化和组织均匀细小,焊接接头的焊缝区和热影响区显微硬度均高于母材,抗拉强度为220MPa,达到母材的88%,断裂发生在焊缝区,属于剪切断裂.
