Abstract: 以C17200铍铜合金为母材进行脉冲激光焊接,用金相显微镜观察焊接接头金属的微观组织,并测试了其显微硬度,分析脉冲能量对焊缝横断面尺寸的影响.研究结果表明:随着脉冲能量增加,焊缝横断面呈"钉"型的趋势越明显;焊缝区金属组织为单相α过饱和同溶体,晶粒尺寸比母材金属的小;焊接热影响区中γ相以线条状及块状沉淀析出,局部严重球化聚集:焊缝和热影响区金属的硬度均低于母材金属的硬度,焊接热影响区出现了严重的软...
