Abstract: 以灰铸铁为对象,考察了其熔体经超声波处理后所得铸态组织中石墨形态的变化,并分析了其变化原因.结果表明:经超声波处理后的灰铸铁中石墨形态发生了较大的变化,由粗大弯曲的片状变成均匀细小且卷曲的片状乃至近似球状.其原因来自于超声波所产生的空化效应、声流效果等一系列非线性声学作用.
