Effects of Mg on Solidification Structure Refinement of Al-5%Cu Alloy

Abstract: 系统地研究了不同Mg含量对Al-5%Cu合金凝固组织及性能的影响.结果表明:Mg元素对Al-5%Cu合金晶粒有细化作用,当Mg含量(质量分数)为0.8%时,细化效果较好,晶粒尺寸为0.912mm,二次枝晶间距为42.9μm,显微硬度值为74.16HV0.025,在磨损实验中合金失重较少,即抗磨损能力较强.
