Abstract: 采用黑曲霉(Aspergillus niger)液体发酵生产纤维素酶,研究了碳源、氮源、培养基起始pH对该菌株产纤维素酶活力的影响.结果表明,在温度30 ℃、pH5.5下培养120 h的条件下确立了产酶最佳培养基是6%的稻草粉、1%的黄豆粉,其纤维素酶的最高产量是89.2 U/mL.
