Abstract: 1、口渴才喝水。口渴表明身体已经轻度脱水。正确的饮水方法是,每天除饭菜、汤、水果外,还应补充白开水1500ml~2000ml,夏季最好在水里适当加些盐。2、喜喝新茶。新茶虽叶色鲜美,但饮用有弊,因存放不到1个月的新茶含未经氧化的多酚类,醛类和醇类物质,易引起腹胀、腹痛,还会加重慢性胃炎患者的病情。3、用过热油锅炒菜。烧得过热的油锅中容易生成一种硬脂化合物,对人体健康极为有害。吃过热油锅炒的菜,易患低酸性胃炎和胃溃疡,如不及时治疗还可诱发胃癌。4、长期进植物油。花生、玉米油中易混杂强致癌物质黄曲霉素,棉籽油中含有能使人中毒的棉酚,菜籽油的芥酸不利于高血压、心脏病患者,故不能长期只吃植物油。正确的
