Abstract: 测定了废旧碱性锌锰干电池的组成,探索了焙烧碳粉在硝酸、双氧水体系中的酸解行为,分析了硝酸用量、双氧水用量、反应温度和反应时间对碳粉中金属Zn和Mn浸取率的影响,并通过滴加碳酸钠,高温分解碳酸锰粉末制备二氧化锰.结果表明:①最佳酸解反应条件为,取焙烧碳粉5.40 g,加入20 mL HNO3(1:1),40 mL H2O2(3%),60 ℃下反应1 h,锌的浸取率可达91.7%,锰的浸取率可达98.3%;②减压过滤,滤液逐滴滴加过量0.5 mol/L的Na2CO3溶液制得碳酸锰,碳酸锰在350 ℃分解12 min,得二氧化锰3.77 g,锰的回收率为93.2%.该方法简单易行,对设备要求不高,锰的回收效率较高,该研究将为回收利用废旧碱性锌锰电池中金属锰提供一定理论依据.
