Abstract: The article put forward the core elements on the operation of regional medical service network system, which were management idea, information and data, resource parts as well as organizational structure. Based on the theory of dissipation structure and entropy, the logic model of regional military medical service network system was established to stretch the function of No. 1 Military Health Engineering. Finally, the author analyzed the interactivi-ty and integration of invented organization resources.
