Abstract: 基于Moster模型对某省运营商的客户满意度数据进行分析,发掘其中和运营支撑系统服务质量相关的要素,挖掘影响总体满意度的主要因素.针对指标改进的策略制定问题,提出了一个改进的Kano模型,对客户满意度指标的改进提出了建议.最后,从系统角度出发,给出了一些电信运营支撑系统的客户满意度提升措施,包括控制业务级别和数据级别事务,以及建立一个简单的结合客户满意度指标的支撑系统运行指标体系.
