Abstract: 针对低阶煤内在水分含量高、含氧官能团多、难以制备高浓度水煤浆的特点,根据煤炭成浆性数学模型及评定煤成浆性指标,对神华2种低阶煤进行了成浆性分析,并进行了热力改性及成浆性试验研究.结果表明,随着改性温度的提高(200~350℃),2种低阶煤的内在水分含量、挥发分产率大幅度降低,氢含量和氧碳比也明显下降,热力改性不仅可以显著改善低阶煤的煤质特性,而且其成浆浓度随着改性温度的升高而提高.
