Study on effect of education and management program for knowledge of msease in asthma patients

Abstract: 目的 考察系统化的教育管理方案对哮喘患者疾病相关知识掌握的影响.方法采用随机对照的方法,将374名哮喘患者分为实验组(228人)及对照组(146人),实验组除进行常规的药物治疗外,还实施了系统的教育管理.自行编制哮喘知识问卷对两组患者在入院时、出院前及出院3个月后的哮喘知识掌握的情况进行测量.结果出院前测查,实验组哮喘知识问卷总分为9.0±1.2分,高于对照组的7.5±1.8分(P<0.01),出院3个月后,实验组得分为9.4±0.8分,仍高于对照组的7.5±1.5分(P<0.01).出院前及出院3个月后,实验组知识得分提高的幅度分别为1.75±1.60分和2.1±1.6分,大于对照组的0.63±1.66分和0.6±1.7分(P<0.01).出院3个月后与出院前相比,实验组患者的疾病知识得分呈升高趋势,差值为0.4±0.7分,对照组则相对有所降低,差值为-0.02±0.8分.结论系统化的教育管理方案对哮喘患者疾病相关知识的掌握有着显著及长期的积极作用.
