Abstract: 为了了解不同抗性的向日葵品种与锈菌(Puccinia helianthi)互作后保护酶系代谢的变化与向日葵抗锈病性的关系,接种锈菌后不同时间测定了超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)及苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性变化,测定结果表明:抗病品种这5种酶活性升高幅度均高于感病品种,说明这5种酶活性的变化与向日葵抗锈病性有密切关系.
