Abstract: 从临床表现胸腿肌出血、法氏囊肿大出血为主要特征的病死鸡肝脾和法氏囊中分离到1株病毒(IBDV-FJ).结果表明,该分离病毒无血凝性,在琼脂扩散试验中能与抗IBDV特异性血清出现1条清晰的白色沉淀线;人工感染28日龄雏鸡出现与临床一致的病变,并回收到病毒;应用针对IBDV VP3基因的特异性引物进行RT-PCR,能扩增到长度为1 041bp的特异性目的片段;序列分析发现分离毒VP3基因与IBDV超强毒和经典毒株的核苷酸同源性分别为97.7%~98.2%和95.2%.初步鉴定该分离毒为鸡传染性法氏囊病病毒超强毒株.
