Abstract: 针对硬开关逆变器开关损耗大的问题,提出了一种控制简单的软开关PWM逆变器的拓扑结构,其拓扑结构中没有辅助开关器件,每相设置有一组谐振电感,保证各相的谐振不会互相干扰.对拓扑结构及其效率进行了理论分析.仿真结果表明,与未改进的拓扑结构相比,开关器件开通时电流没有突变,开关器件开通时的电流变化率和关断时的电压变化率被有效地降低,各相的工作过程相互独立.实验结果表明:与硬开关逆变器相比,输出线电压的畸变率降低了,效率得到了改善.该软开关逆变器能减小开关损耗,有效地提高效率和输出波形的质量.
