Abstract: 在原有油田采出水处理工艺技术的基础上,设计并构建了新的采出水处理工艺.该工艺应用了先进的高效衡压浅层气浮技术和中空超滤膜技术,其工艺流程为:来水→氧化除硫装置→衡压浅层气浮→海滤石过滤→双膨胀精细过滤→中空超滤膜→出水.经该工艺处理后,水中油含量为痕迹,悬浮物固体含量平均值为0.32mg/L,悬浮物粒径中值平均值为0.82μm,达到了特低渗透油田回注水含油量≤5mg/L、悬浮物固体含量≤1mg/L、悬浮物粒径中值≤1μm的标准.
