Abstract: 针对目前电梯曳引机扭振测试方法的不足,提出了曳引机扭振测试的新方法,即齿栅测试法.应用作者张光辉的发明专利"微机对脉冲信号的细分与辨向的新方法",具体阐述了齿栅测试新方法的原理与实现过程.下位机应用电路的模块化设计,上位机采用双线程的执行体系,并通过USB端口实现下位机与上位机的数据传输.进行了该方法的仿真测试试验,结果验证了该方法的正确性与可行性.该方法弥补了目前曳引机扭振测试方法的不足,具有可长时间连续测试的特点.
