Abstract: 目的 研究青蒿素联合琥珀酸亚铁对人肝癌细胞SMMC-7721的选择性抑制作用.方法 将人肝癌细胞株SMMC-7721接种于小鼠腰部皮下,制成小鼠荷瘤动物模型,分别用青蒿素、琥珀酸亚铁、青蒿素+琥珀酸亚铁、生理盐水(对照组)对荷瘤小鼠进行干预,观察小鼠肿瘤体积的变化;TUNEL法检查肿瘤细胞的凋亡,计算抑瘤率和凋亡指数.结果 青蒿素和青蒿素+琥珀酸亚铁与生理盐水相比,明显抑制荷瘤小鼠的肿瘤生长(P<0.05),其抑瘤率分别为33.21%和55.04%,2组间存在明显差异(P<0.05).青蒿素联合琥珀酸亚铁表现出明显的促凋亡作用,凋亡指数为31.35%,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 青蒿素和青蒿素联合琥珀酸亚铁对人肝癌细胞SMMC-7721均有肿瘤抑制作用和促进肿瘤细胞凋亡的作用,但是联合用药作用更强.
