Abstract: 钻井过程中,出现井漏特别是恶性井漏后,将给钻井工程带来一系列的难题.对于采用常规的钻井液堵漏方法不能解决的恶性井漏,应用气体钻井来钻穿漏失井段,可以避免在易漏失井段出现的漏失.在考虑漏失层特性参数对气体钻井影响的基础上,通过地层岩石吸水膨胀室内实验,分析了漏失层特性参数与气体钻井的关系,提出采用气体钻井来钻过漏失层或漏、水共层井段,解决了既有漏失层又有含水层或漏、水共层的井段的钻井难题.为钻遇复杂恶性漏失层井段选取欠平衡钻井方式提供了理论依据.
