Abstract: 设计了一种基于直接数字频率合成/可编程片上系统(DDS/SOPC)技术的多路可调谐波信号发生装置.该装置的谐波信号采用DDS技术,利用相位累加器和波形存储器构成的数控振荡器输出周期性的波形幅度数据,再经过数模转换器、低通滤波器和功率放大器,实现了三相电压幅度、谐波含量、路数均可调的功率信号.系统设计时将DDS模块和Nios软核处理器控制模块集成到单片现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)芯片内部,系统软件采用超高速集成电路硬件描述语言(VHDL)编程,使系统具有良好的可扩展性.测试表明,装置的频率分辨率达到1 Hz,输出基波频率范围在O-100 Hz,精度达到0.5%.
