Abstract: 文章从资源与能力的转换、独具性与持续性以及资源有效整合角度,界定了企业文化竞争力的概念.探讨了企业文化竞争力和企业竞争力之间的关系,从而引出企业文化竞争力的功能,在此基础之上,从组织创新(超越学习型组织)、管理创新、技术创新(绿色供应链思想、柔性生产)、竞争准备能力(竞争态势预警能力,动态氛围协调能力,柔性能力)以及人才选拔能力和人才发展平台五个方面的相互协调、整合、优化,构建了企业文化竞争力要素模型.然后描述了企业文化竞争力评价指标体系,初步研究了提升企业文化竞争力的措施.
