Abstract: Recently, percutanous cryoablation is widely applied in many solid tumors. With the develop-ment of immunity techniques, exploration for mechanisms of cryoimmunologic response gets more informa-tion. The researches about in situ tumor vaccines, combining cryoablation and immune therapy, provide a new synthetic treatment mode for cancers.
