Abstract: 以乙酸乙酯为溶剂,AIBN为引发剂,采用改进的溶液聚合工艺,研制了表面保护膜用丙烯酸酯压敏胶.并研究了内交联剂TC,外交联剂氮丙啶(SaC-100)和水性聚异氰酸酯(Bayhydur3100)对胶黏剂的剥离强度和耐热性的影响.结果表明,通过引入内外交联剂,能够显著增大胶体内聚力,消除残胶作用明显.外交联剂SaC-100在提高胶体耐热性和降低剥离强度方面比Bayhydur3100的效果好,采用单体量0.80%的内交联剂TC,胶液量1.0%的外交联剂SaC-100,制得的表面保护膜性能较好,在高光洁度不锈钢板的耐热性检测中无任何残胶和"暗影".
