Abstract: 研究不同的番茄基因型、培养基类型、苗龄、外植体类型、植物表达载体和选择系统等对番茄再生和遗传转化效率的影响.结果表明,7 d苗龄的子叶或13 d苗龄的下胚轴,预培养2 d,侵染20 min,培养基中添加适宜浓度的玉米素(1.0~2.0 mg·L-1)和IAA(0.1~0.2 mg·L-1),以75~100 mg·L-1的卡那霉素筛选,番茄的转化频率最高,分别为51.4%和37.5%.且以卡那霉素抗性基因为筛选标记的质粒p2301 和pBI121作为植物表达载体,其转化频率高于以潮霉素抗性基因为筛选标记的植物表达载体p1301.
