Abstract: 采用传统同相烧结法,以化学纯BaCO3,SrCO3,Nb2O5和SnO2粉末为原料,制备0.7BaO·0.3SrOTSnO2.(1-y/2)Nb2O5(y=0.01-0.07,缩写为SBNS)陶瓷.利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜和阻抗分析仪研究掺杂SnO2对SBNS陶瓷的显微结构和介电性能的影响.结果表明:在1 320℃烧结可获得致密SBNS陶瓷;SnO2掺杂对SBNS陶瓷相结构无影响,晶相仍为单一的四方钨青铜固熔体结构;随着SnO2掺杂量的增加,SBNS陶瓷的介电常数减小,居里温度向低温区移动;SBNS陶瓷具有弥散相变的特性,是典型的介电弛豫体.
