Abstract: 采用乳化法制备海藻酸钙微球及海藻酸钙/聚组氨酸载药微胶囊,并考察不同海藻酸钠浓度、氯化钙浓度对微球表面形态、粒径分布、我药性能及微胶囊控制释放性能的影响.结果表明海藻酸钠浓度主要影响微球的粒径大小,氟化钙浓度主要影响微球的分散程度及粒径分布,微球载药量均随海藻酸钠浓度及氯化钙浓度的增加而减小,所制备的微胶囊均无明显的突释现象.
