Abstract: 为了研究谷胱甘肽与水溶性B族维生素的相互作用,采用电喷雾质谱结合紫外光谱,研究具有重要生理功能的谷胱甘肽与B族维生素形成的非共价复合物,B族维生素包括维生素B1(硫胺素),维生素B2(核黄素)和维生素B3(烟酰胺).非共价复合物的合成是将B族维生素和谷胱甘肽按一定化学计量比混合,然后在室温和pH 6~8条件下,将混合物在培养箱内培育60 min,使反应完全.电喷雾质谱表明谷胱甘肽可以与B族维生素形成非共价复合物.串级质谱中的碰撞诱导解离(CID)和紫外光谱进一步确认非共价复合物的生成.
