Abstract:
对离心喷射沉积IN718合金进行固溶处理及870℃×(10~100)h时效.利用EPMA背散射电子像及TEM衍衬像显示其显微组织形貌,利用电子探针.能谱分析(EPMA-EDS)和复相分离法(MPSM)测算了合金中的γ"、δ和基体相的成分,计算了各相含量以及相间典型元素分配量,分析了各元素在γ"和δ相的分布特征.结果表明,离心喷射沉积IN718合金在870℃时效后析出γ"和δ相;随着时效时间的延长,δ相含量符合Avrami公式规律;时效30 h后γ"相含量随时间呈线性增加;元素分配量的变化揭示了时效过程中相间元素的分布特征.
