Abstract: 采用正火处理细化34MnV钢粗大珠光体组织,分析了正火温度对晶粒大小的影响,从有效晶粒尺寸和珠光体含量两个方面解释了钢的强韧性发生变化的原因.结果表明,34MnV钢经正火细化处理后组织中的珠光体含量减少,获得了晶粒细小、韧性较高的珠光体-铁素体组织.同时正火温度越低,34MnV钢中的晶粒越细小;钢中珠光体含量下降导致强度降低,但晶粒细化和铁素体含量的增加,使得冲击韧性大幅度提高.
