Abstract: 合成了一种适用于耐高温防腐涂层的硅树脂,并对其进行了表征和性能研究.红外光谱(FT-IR)和核磁共振(29Si NMR)分析表明,合成的硅树脂是含有Si一0H的甲基苯基硅树脂.热重(TG)分析表明,在氮气氛中,硅树脂320 ℃开始失质量,400℃失质量不到2.0%,具有良好的耐热性.机械性能测试及恒温热失质量表明,硅树脂的清漆涂层在300 ℃下长期使用时,附着力、耐冲击性、柔韧性能仍保持良好.电化学阻抗分析(EIS)结果表明,硅树脂的清漆涂层常温同化后和在300℃高温烘烤后都具有优良的耐腐蚀性能.
