Abstract: 对不同焊接速度下7050铝合会搅拌摩擦焊焊接热循环进行了测量,并通过硬度测试、光学显微分析和TEM分析研究了焊接热循环对热影响区组织和性能的影响.结果表明,焊缝同一垂线上的各点温度在焊具移动到该垂线时同时达到峰值,后退侧温度高于前进侧约20℃.焊接速度越低,峰值温度越高,高温停留时间越长.旋转速度600r/min,焊接速度100mm/min时,焊缝中心峰值温度可达458℃.焊接热循环通过改变强化相的尺寸和分布来影响热影响区性能.
