Abstract: 重金属砷(As)、铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、汞(Hg)对南瓜的生长有明显的抑制作用,主要表现为株高下降,茎叶鲜重和产量的降低.随着重金属处理浓度的增加,在植株各器官中重金属的含量随之提高,但在南瓜果实中积累的重金属量均低于国家无公害蔬菜质量标准(GB18406.1-2001).重金属不同处理在南瓜各部位的积累规律是根>叶>茎>果.不同重金属在南瓜各部位积累的比例不同,其中 Cd在根中积累比例最小为39.2%,在茎、叶、果实中相对较高;As,Pb,Hg在根中含量比例高达80%左右,果实中含量比例最低不到1%.
