Abstract: 针对多联产系统中热值较低、成份可变的弛放气和粗煤气的燃烧利用,设计了可调旋流强度预混合燃烧器来获得弛放气和粗煤气的高效、低污染稳定燃烧.利用电子微压计和热线风速仪分别对影响燃烧器阻力特性及喷口旋流强度的各个因素进行了冷态试验研究,得到了各种因素对旋流燃烧器基本性能的影响规律.结果表明:对于30°、45°、60°倾角的旋流叶片,燃烧器进入第二自模化区的临界雷诺数为11 000,对应的阻力系数分别为0.209、0.269、0.428;对于3种倾角旋流叶片,当芯管离开喷口缩口断面的无量纲距离不小于0.25~0.5时,喷口处气体旋流强度不再改变.
