Abstract: 以火棘为原料,采用乙醇浸提,在最优条件下,制备得到三种多酚类物质,即PFP1、PFP2、PFP3,采用Fe2+H2O2产生羟自由基,邻苯三酚自氧化法对火棘多酚PFP1、PFP2、PFP3的体外抗氧化作用进行研究.结果表明,火棘多酚类物质具有较强的自由基清除作用,PFP1、PFP2、PFP3对羟自由基的50%清除率(EC50)为0.3353、0.4、1.6348mg/mL;对超氧自由基的50%清除率(EC50)为0.1128、0.1299、0.2770mg/mL.
