Abstract:
利用X射线衍射(XRD),拉曼光谱(Raman)g对几种高性能聚丙烯腈(PAN)基碳纤维的微观结构进行了研究,并初步讨论了微观结构对碳纤维机械性能的影响机理.研究结果表明:高强(T系列)碳纤维的微晶约由5~6层石墨平面组成,高强高模(MJ系列)碳纤维的微晶约由10~20层石墨平面组成;晶区取向度是影响碳纤维模量的主要因素,影响碳纤维强度的主要因素随石墨化程度的不同有所改变.
