Abstract: 采用低温烧成工艺研制低压电瓷,在配方中添加复合助熔剂,探讨不同烧结温度样品的微观结构及烧结性能,采用XRD及SEM表征各样品的晶相结构及显微结构.结果表明:1210℃烧结的样品各项性能指标最好,其莫来石固溶体含量达到80%,莫来石晶体发育完整、相互交织,对应的烧结性能指标为:气孔率0.356%,体积密度2.384g/cm3,吸水率0.236%.
