Abstract: 采用单辊旋淬法制备了Al88Ni4Y8-xErx(x=0,2)非晶合金,用X射线衍射(XRD)、差示扫描量热(DSC)、 小角X射线散射(SAXS)等测试手段研究了Er元素的添加对Al-Ni-Y系非晶合金微观结构和非晶形成能力的影响. 结果表明:Er元素的添加使合金内部的微观颗粒结构的尺寸增大,导致原子扩散困难,阻碍了原子间的进一步成核与长大,延迟了非晶的晶化动力学行为,从而提高了该合金体系非晶形成能力和热稳定性.
