Abstract: 针对按<电力设备过电压保护设计技术规程>(下简称<规程>)计算绕击率,实际线路所受雷击,特别是山区线路所受雷击(包括绕击)造成的跳闸率均大大高于计算值.文章从雷电绕击的角度,参考日本、美国等国家对线路屏蔽效率的计算方法,采用电气几何模型方法求证杆塔的屏蔽效率来确定输电线路绕击率.示例证实计算方法比<规程>推荐计算绕击率的方法科学,为此提出了用屏蔽效率作为杆塔和输电线路防雷电绕击的指标建议.
