Abstract: 目的:探讨间歇低氧运动对营养性肥胖SD大鼠体成分的影响,以期为减肥健身提供新的思路.方法:通过建立营养性肥胖大鼠模型进行试验观察.结果:4周间歇低氧运动后,常氧运动组和间歇低氧运动组肥胖SD大鼠体重、体脂百分比和Lee's指数均降低,且间歇低氧运动组比常氧运动组变化更明显.间歇低氧运动组肥胖SD大鼠骨骼肌只是绝对重量下降,而骨骼肌与体重的相对比值保持不变或升高.结论:间歇低氧运动可抑制营养性肥胖SD大鼠食欲,加快骨骼肌和脂肪组织中的脂肪动员和分解,进而达到减体重、降体脂的效果,并且比单纯的运动效果更明显.
