Abstract: 对引进的苹果加工品种生物学特性及应用价值进行了探讨,以期为加工品种的推广和理论研究提供参考.加工苹果品种的物候期与我国栽培品种有很大差别,酸王、贝当的晚花特性在生产上可以有效避开晚霜.加工苹果成熟期从8月至11月有利于延长榨季.瑞林有早果性,瑞星、青苹有单果性状,许多品种有高抗病性.初步筛选出了适合我国推广应用的加工品种.
