Abstract: 目的 建立尿中锰的共沉淀.火焰原子吸收(FAAS)测定法.方法 将尿样消化,经氢氧化镁共沉淀捕集锰离子,酸溶,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定,外标法定量.结果 该方法线性范围为0-200mg/L,回归方程为y=0.6375x-0.001 3,相关系数为0.9997.以3倍信噪比计算,检出限为0.008mg/L,平均回收率为92.0%~110.0%,RSD为3.9%~7.1%.FAAS法和高碘酸钾法测定尿样中锰含量的结果比较,差异无统计学意义(p>0.05).结论 该方法灵敏、准确、操作简便,适用于职业性接触锰作业人员尿中锰含量的检测.
